The main area of our business is auditing the financial accounts of economic entities. We have existed in the market since 1994 and during this period we have conducted over 400 audits, mainly for entities in the Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie and Zachodniopomorskie Voivodships.

We have experience in the auditing the financial statements of:

- Capital companies (joint stock companies, Ltd.),
- Partnerships (general, civil, limited),
- Budgetary entities,
- Cooperatives,
- Public universities,
- Other forms of business (e.g., associations, special economic zones, social housing associations, sports clubs, supported employment enterprises, health care centers)

Due to the proximity of the border we specialize in auditing companies with foreign capital. We provide contact in English, and on request we also prepare reports and opinions in English.

Audits are performed according to national auditing standards published by the National Council of Statutory Auditors or the International Financial Reporting Standards.

The auditors we employ, in addition to their work, are lecturers at universities and actively participate in the activities of local and national professional structures, both in the Accountants Association in Poland (SKwP) and the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors (KIBR). In recent years our employees were elected to the National Council of Statutory Auditors, the Accountants Association in Poland (SKwP) Board, the Regional Branch of the SKwP Board in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the Regional Branch of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors (KIBR) Board in Gorzów Wlkp.

We are insured for liability in the performance of our services. At the end of a financial statement audit, prior to its opinion, the manner of conducting the audit is in each case subject to verification by a second, independent auditor.

In addition to full audit reports, we also review the annual and interim financial statements in accordance with the National Standards on Auditing.

Review of financial statements can reduce the risk of liability of the Members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board for the preparation of financial statements. It can also be used to confirm the data presented in the financial statements for external entities such as banks. | web design
